Anna-Lisa is a dynamic Real Estate Consultant and Team Owner who finds fulfillment at the intersection of Real Estate, Business, and Social Work. As the owner of the Arizona Senior Team and other successful Real Estate ventures like Anna-Lisa Sells Arizona and Arizona Ranch Land, Anna-Lisa excels in understanding the needs of her stakeholders and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
With over 40 years of experience in sales, management, and leadership, Anna-Lisa, also known as Anna, is recognized for her innovative spirit and entrepreneurial drive. Beyond her achievements in Real Estate, she is a dedicated healthcare professional, serving as a Licensed Professional (LMSW) in a local Emergency Department. Throughout the challenges of COVID-19, Anna-Lisa devoted 40-60 hours a week to providing care and support to families during their most difficult moments.
Prior to her healthcare career, Anna-Lisa broke barriers as a "Woman in Construction," starting in the field in 1992 and rising to become a commercial superintendent and project manager. Her construction expertise led to the successful completion of a wide range of projects, from fast food restaurants to high-rise buildouts and complex remodels of apartments and Assisted Living Facilities.
Driven by a relentless work ethic, Anna-Lisa reinvented herself during the economic crisis of 2007, pursuing higher education at Arizona State University while working full-time at Banner Health. She obtained a BS in Leadership and Management and a Masters degree in Social Work within five years, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
In essence, Anna-Lisa Tonge'-Souers embodies hard work, dedication, and a passion for making a difference in both Real Estate and Healthcare. She is committed to working tirelessly to achieve success for her clients and loved ones.

As a person that has moved from various states she understands that buying or selling a home is an emotional time. She loves the excitement, looking at properties, different locations, the pros and cons, and then you find the one! Christy is a whiz at the lending process, credit score, paperwork, the negotiation of a contract and then your contract is accepted! Next, inspections, appraisals, etc. Selling your home can be stressful, fixing it up, moving furniture, the continued showings, and then you get a contract! Negotiations, time to leave, where to go.....It's a roller coaster. Let's help YOU!

Debbie embraced her real estate career in 2016. She loves the many opportunities to work with so many wonderful people. As a retired Occupational Therapist her continued focus is making a difference in people's lives. She works with people who are wanting to buy or sell property whether it be their personal home or an investment property. Debbie graduated from Towson University in Maryland and graduated with a BS in Occupational Therapy.
She has lived in the East Valley of the Phoenix metro area now since 2014 and loves Arizona! She serves the greater Phoenix metro area but especially loves the East Valley.
